Love, Confusing

Do you really think that once we are grown ups, married or in a serious relationship - that we chose that person because we are meant to be together forever. Of course we think that when we commit - but can that really be it? we won't fall in love again with anyone else for the rest of our lives? Are we really mean to be just with one person most of our life?

Confusing, I am happily confused today! Summertime confusion...
